Hemp Farm Manager / Cultivator

Oversees the entire growing process, from planting and propagation to harvesting. They manage staff, monitor crop health, and ensure proper nutrition and pest control.
Harvester

Responsible for cutting flowers from stems, drying, trimming, and processing hemp for sale or extraction.
Extraction Technician / Scientist

Operates equipment (such as CO2 or solvent systems) to separate cannabinoids from the hemp plant. They must maintain high safety and quality standards.
Quality Assurance (QA/QC) Manager

Ensures products meet federal and state regulatory standards, managing testing for contaminants and purity.
Hemp Product Manufacturer / Processor

Converts processed hemp into finished goods, including edibles (gummies), topicals, oils, or pre-rolls.
